  1. RETURNS POLICY - SIZING & CHANGE OF MIND

We're sure you'll love your Cheeky Chickadee pieces, but just in case there's any issues with sizing or you change your mind when you receive them, we're happy to offer exchanges. 

All we need is for you to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and ensure that the pieces are returned to us in original unworn condition with tags still attached. We'll just need you to pay the relevant standard postage cost to send the pieces back to us.

As soon as we receive them, we'll then ship the new pieces back to you. If we don't have the size you require for exchange, we will provide you with a store credit for the equivalent amount.

  1. REFUNDS POLICY - FAULTY STOCK

We do not offer refunds for size changes or change of mind.

Refunds for faulty stock will be given provided that you notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We'll just need you to pay the relevant standard postage cost to send the pieces back to us.

As soon as we receive them and confirm the fault, we'll offer you a choice of an exchange or refund.

  1. SHIPPING POLICY

FLAT RATE TRACKED SHIPPING

To ensure your Cheeky Chickadee pieces reach you safely, we offer $5 flat rate shipping for all Australian orders and $15 flat rate shipping for all International orders. This tracks your order from our post office to your door. 

FREE SHIPPING

Australia: All orders over $65 automatically receive free shipping at Checkout.

International: All orders over $100 automatically receive free shipping at Checkout.

HOW DO WE SHIP?

Your pieces are hand packed by us before being shipped via Australia Post and if your order is international, it will then transfer to your local postal service. We post all parcels from Sydney, Australia within 24-48 hours of being received.

You'll receive an email from us with your Australia Post Tracking Number on fulfilment of your order.

TIME TO DELIVER?

Australian Orders: 3-5 Days from order fulfilment.

International Orders: 7-14 Days from order fulfilment.

We also have an Express Post option available at checkout. We recommend this option if you need the pieces for a special occasion.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

We do our best to make sure your Cheeky Chickadee pieces reach you as quickly as possible however once we post them, our ability to do this is reliant on the postal services. In case your parcel hasn't reached you within the timeframe above, we recommend contacting Australia Post (with your tracking number) as they would be the best point of contact in the first instance. We can then liaise with Australia Post on your behalf if you're unhappy with the response they provide.

  1. REFUNDS POLICY - LOST PARCELS

We provide tracking on all parcels to ensure they reach you quickly and reliably. Unfortunately we can't control what happens to your parcel once we post it. If a parcel is late in arriving and the tracking details indicate the parcel is 'in transit' or 'delivered' - we are unable to provide a refund for your order. If the postal service provides confirmation that the order has been 'lost' and provide us with a reimbursement for the order, we will provide a full exchange or refund to you.
